My dream was to become a millionaire – Stolen vehicle dealer

Looking very remorseful with shame written all over their faces, it was obvious that these men regret what landed them in police custody.

Until few weeks ago when officers in the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of Lagos State Police Command arrested them, Lati Ogunleye, 35, and Gbenga Olatunji, 45, were free men, living in comfort and painting the town red with ill-gotten cash.

They drove the cars of their choices, made a lot of money without hard work and lived the kind of life that many of their peers would envy.

Now arrested and cooling off in police custody, they blame no one except themselves for committing the crime they were arrested for.

Ogunleye, married with two daughters, and has OND Certificate in Banking and Finance from the Polytechnic of Ibadan, said he used to be a phone repairer at Computer Village, Ikeja until 2012 when a friend of his, Ismaila, asked if he would be interested in buying a Toyota Camry saloon car 2000 model for just N250,000. Seeing that it was a good offer, he quickly jumped at it, bought the car and sold it for N500,000.

He admitted having a premonition that the car deal was suspicious, but with the kind of gain he made on the vehicle, there was no need asking questions. "I knew there was something shady about the deal but I was fascinated by the gain I made, and I later found out that he stole the vehicle," he added.

Apparently impressed with his profit in one single deal, his phone repairing business soon became a cover, while he devoted more attention to buying stolen vehicles from his friend and others he met through him while selling them at a higher price. It was not an everyday business, but the gain on each transaction was worth the risk.

Before his arrest, Ogunleye said he had sold six vehicles and made about N2m. Even though he had fears anytime he took delivery of the vehicles, he said he took them home and told his wife he bought them from Cotonou. He sold the cars as tokunbo cars to his friends, whom he said had no idea of where he got them from. "I know it takes risks to become a millionaire. My dream was to become a millionaire so I took the risk but now I have regrets," he said.

He added, "The cars I bought from them apart from the first one include Toyota Corolla 2004 model, Honda Accord (EOD), Honda baby boy, Toyota RAV 4 and Toyota Highlander. The gain I made on each of the vehicles was between N250,000 and N700,000, depending on the car. I raised about N2m, which I used to travel to South Africa to start a new life."

Ogunleye travelled to South Africa under the pretext of going to study, but he continued with his phone business when he got there, leaving his wife and children in Nigeria. One day, one of his close friends at Computer Village, Ikeja, Daniel, who also had knowledge of his previous shady business, called and hinted him that the Officer-in-Charge of SARS, Lagos State Police Command, Abba Kyari, was travelling to South Africa for a programme. Unsettled by the information, Ogunleye, who said he thought the commander was coming to look for him, ran away to Soshanguve to hide in the house of a South African girlfriend of his. He said he couldn't leave his hideout until two weeks later when the same friend called him that Kyari had returned to Nigeria.

"By the time my one-year study permit expired, I returned to Nigeria, and then I was arrested. Since I already exhausted the money I made in South Africa, I thought I could continue, but I was arrested when I got to Nigeria," he said.

Even though he said his wife never knew about the car business, his two children – four years old and two years old – felt he travelled and that he would return soon, not knowing their father was in police custody.

On his part, Olatunji, who is also married with a 16-year-old child, said he was forced to become a dealer of stolen vehicles after he smuggled four cars and lost them to customs some years ago. He said a friend lured him into the business.

Looking very humble and sad, he tucked his hands in between his legs as he narrated his story to our correspondent.

"One of my friends brought a Toyota Camry 2000 model car to me. It was very cheap, but when I asked him, he said he bought it during an auction exercise in Cotonou. I made N300,000 from that car. But after he sold the second car to me, he was later arrested, so I got to know that he stole the vehicles," he said.

Having been in the business for about 10 years, he was unperturbed by the arrest of his business partner, Olatunji went looking for another person that could be selling stolen vehicles to him, and he found. Knowing that trouble could be lurking around him, he relocated his wife and child to Ilorin, Kwara State.

"Having known how effortless and sweet it was to make money that way, I looked for another person that could be selling to me and a friend of my other friend that was arrested agreed to be my supplier. Before I was arrested, I sold five vehicles in all and the highest profit I made on a single sale was N500,000 which I made on a Toyota Venza. I bought it for N3m and sold it N3.5m."

Unlike Ogunleye who sold his cars in Lagos, Olatunji sold all the vehicles he got in the North.

Prior to his arrest, Olatunji had converted one of the stolen cars, a Toyota Camry 2008 model, to personal use, which was what led to his arrest.

Police sources had it that both Ogunleye and Olatunji resorted to sponsoring people to snatch vehicles, and that they had been charged to court already. The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Nwosu, promised to reply the message our correspondent sent to him , which he had yet to do as of press time.

Ladies Be Wise!! Sex Is Not The Answer (must Read)

Sex has turned many ladies into a mystery of thinking what they feel for a particular guy is true love.
You meet a guy, he takes you out; He had a great sex with you, it was like heaven to you. He makes you feel happy because you enjoyed him so much, you start assuming both of you are meant to be together as husband & wife just because of what you call good sex.
You start dreaming of your future with him while he's just having fun. Your feelings for him has blindfolded you from seeing things from the reality point of view. You find yourself infatuated with him just because you don't want to feel used & dumped.

Sometimes, you need to sit down & ask yourself; What do i really love about this guy?
Do I see Christ in him?
Is he a guy I can boldly take to my pastor?
Can I introduce him as my husband to people who are responsible?
You know the guy is not capable of being a good husband & father; yet you want to kill yourself because of him.
But sometimes you need to differentiate between what you just feel and what you really deserve.
Don't start dreaming of your future with a guy who is just catching his fun.
Don't attach a permanent feeling to a temporal person.
Don't open your legs for a man who has not paid your bride price.
Don't open up your heart to a guy who doesn't open his bible.

Stop chasing after a guy who doesn't chase after God.

My dear! #‎ladies_please_be_wise‬.
There will be enough time to engage in sex after you are married.
Don't make yourself cheap!
Men generally don't have respect for ladies who so easily give in to sex request. I speak as a man that i am here.
They may pretend to value you, but in their hearts, men don't really hold such ladies in high esteem.
Be Wise!

PARA!! Nigerian Men are Stealing our Wives – South African Politician #Xenophobia

This is so funny but true , well if you know much about the life in South Africa you will never really understand why SA ladies love throwing themselves on foreigners especially Nigerians

Just recently
South African politician, Makashule Gana, has said that some of his compatriots complained to him that they are angry with Nigerians and other immigrants because they snatched their girlfriends.

Gana, a Deputy Federal Chairperson of Democratic Alliance, made this disclosure at an anti-xenophobia rally, held at Constitution Hill.

South African newspaper, City Press, reports that Gana advised that rather than get angry and take the anger out on foreigners, South African men should "provide" properly for women, instead of lashing out at non-nationals for "stealing" women away.

"If you can't speak to a girl, now all of a sudden a man that comes from Zimbabwe or Nigeria that can speak to a girl now must be killed. What is that?

So I ask my fellow brothers from South Africa, if you want a woman please go speak up, don't go around and killing someone from Nigeria because they can speak up for themselves. Speak out because it is important," he told the crowd.

Gana urged the crowd at the rally to spread the message of not taking part in xenophobic attacks to "our wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, makhwaphenis (secret lovers), neighbours and brothers". He also urged South Africans to look at themselves and not blame non-nationals for stealing their jobs when these jobs didn't exist in the first place.

"Go and start a spaza shop," advised Gana.

I am a woman – Bruce Jenner tells Diane Sawyer in ABC interview (photos)

Bruce Jenner has finally confirmed what everyone is waiting to ear in an explosive interview with Diane Sawyer last night. Speaking of his transitioning, the 65-year-old former Olympic gold medalist and reality TV star said:  'To all intents and purposes, I am a woman. My brain is much more female than it is male. That's what my soul is. Bruce lives a lie. She is not a lie. I can't do it anymore.'

Bruce also admitted that he has been taking female hormones for five years - and plans to completely transform into a woman. But he said he was still attracted to females. 'I was never attracted to the guys,' he told Diane, explaining how he has always enjoyed a good sex life.

"I have always been very confused with my gender identity since I was this big,' admitted Bruce, lowering his hand to several feet above the ground. People look at me differently. They see this macho male, but this female side is part of me, it's who I am. I was not genetically born that way, and so now I have all the male parts and all that kind of stuff so in a lot of ways we're different but we still identify as female.'

My whole life has been getting me ready for this. I'm really excited about the future, about what good I could do in the world. It's going to be an emotional rollercoaster, but somehow I'm gonna get through it... I feel like I'm going to be OK. 2015 is going to be quite a ride... Quite a ride.'
He also told Diane that he had embarked on hormone therapy and electrolysis within 10 years of becoming an Olympic champion in 1976.

'I felt like a liar,' he told Diane, reflecting on the speeches he gave, telling people to 'find the champion inside you' while wearing a suit. He admitted he would go back to his hotel after each event, take off his suit, and dress as 'her'. Both his first and second wives knew about his secret, he revealed.
Chrystie was the first one to know,' he said of his first wife, Chrystie Crownover. I said these are my issues, this is what I deal with.' She was loving, but fundamentally believed she could change him. Linda Thompson, his second wife, knew it was something deeper," he said.

As for Kris, Bruce revealed that his third wife knew about his internal torment from the moment they started dating in the early 1990s. She saw him cross-dressing, he revealed, but he found it difficult to fully express how deep his feelings sat; that his believed his soul to be female.

'I kind of downplayed it. I feel like in a lot of ways, when you loves somebody, you have a tendency, you don't want to hurt them. She didn't say much... "OK, you gonna change now?"' It was tough on her. You see your husband, I get that. I understand...Kris is a good woman. I've got no complaints with her. She's a good person.'

The couple stayed together for more than two decades, raising Kris's four children, Bruce's four children, and their two biological daughters, Kendall and Kylie.
Despite having 'a great sex life', Bruce said, he could no longer hide his 36B breasts.

EXPOSITO!! UNGODLY SOWING OF SEED --- Shevo

In the Bible, which of the Apostles told people to be sowing seeds of a particular amount so as to be doubled in their pulse or bank account? I mean which of the Apostles told the people that "if they must see the end of the year or month they must sow a specific amount of money." does it mean that if they don't sow this seeds, they won't see the next month as some pastors say? Does God require something material from us before He can give us life?
Why do you sow seed? And what is seed?
Although Apostle Paul encouraged the peeple to always give, but he never played on their intelligence to get money from them. He didn't tell them to give #2,000 to receive #40,000 magically in return. God is not a money doubler or a magician.
You sow seed to challenge God? You can't push God to do anything outside his will. Some give money to their pastors pocket sayin they want to provoke God to do something for them. It all bores down to our spiritual illiteracy!
Ask according to His will and it will be given to you, He didn't say sow seed and it will be given to you. Why are you carrying your money to false pastors and prophets?. What have they told you? They told you that your profit is in the hand of your prophet.
Do not be deceived! God said if you are willing and obedient you shall eat the fruit of the land(Isaiah 1:19).
Beware of false pastors who tell you to give #12,000 to get your miracle in the next 12hours, the pastors that tell you that Jesus died to remove your poverty, those that tell you that poverty is a sin. They only care about their pocket and they will direct your attention to earthly things instead of things above (Col 3:1-2). Some will even tell you to borrow so that you can come and give. Anyone that does all these things is FALSE!

Listen, You can give willingly, not the situation that someone will be pushing or forcing people to give even with grudges in their heart because they are not willing to give. People are been compared to borrow money and give to the church or pastor because they need blessing there by putting themselves in bondage, hence having curses instead of blessings.
Some will say "if you have #6,000 come out, after that #4,000, just like that till it gets to #50 and then he says, anything you have come and drop. These people do not pray anymore, they run to drop money for their prayers to be answered. These people are lazy, they can't pray but waiting for Daddy G.O to make prophecies upon their heads saying "this week is their week, money will enter your account etc. They write prayers in a paper and drop it in the box or basket for the man of God to do justice to it. Students will not read anymore, after exam they go to give money to pastor so that they will pass their exams. My friend, your money will not cover your failure because you have refused to do the right thing. You will FAIL !
What you sow, you will reap(Gal 6:7).
Be obedient to God, live holy, be righteous and it will be well with you, stop packing your money to false pastors all in the name of sowing seed because even you are greedy, you are not satisfied or content with what you have. And that is why you run after wolves in sheep clothing. You run after armed robbers in pastors suits and dress code.

You can Give willingly. Give to the poor, go to orphanage, give to destitute. Give to widows. God loves a cheerful giver, pay your tithe, give offerings, YOU CAN ALSO GIVE TO PASTORS willingly. But Stop fulling the bank account of pastors who will never be satisfied all in the name of sowing seeds. They money you pack to pastors who already have private jets and universities should be given to the poor and needy around you. Don't be greedy, giving to a man of God will not be better than giving to the less privilege who is dying unless you're a greedy man who thinks giving to that pastor will increase your money. You're foolish!

Don't let anyone deceive you by SOWING OF SEED. Jesus never asked anyone to do this. Seek for things above. You can sow anything at all. Giving is sowing... Give willingly and not be forced. Learn how to give when you do not have, learn how to give without expecting anything from God, contrary to what is taught by the modern teachers..
Give without expecting from God. This is true love for your Creator...Stop giving because you want your bank account to be doubled. Stop giving because you have been deceived by that Prophet.
Stop running after money lovers who call themselves pastors.

PLEASE STUDY THIS VERSES CAREFULLY:

"For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely ON THEIR OWN, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints." (2 Corinthians 8:3-4).

"For if the WILLINGNESS is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have." (2 Corinthians 8:12).

"Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever SOWS GENEROUSLY will also reap generously. Each man should GIVE WHAT HE HAS DECIDED IN HIS HEART TO GIVE, NOT RELUCTANTLY or under compulsion (or with force), for God loves a cheerful giver." (2 Corinthians 9:6-7).

YOU SEE FROM THE ABOVE VERSES THAT SOWING IS NOT BY FORCE OR BY USING PRANKS ON PEOPLE....BEWARE OF THESE DECEPTIVE WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING.

PLEASE NOTE: This Post is not to discourage giving. Not at all... You have to be a giver, because Christianity is all about it. This post is to open our eyes to see the deception in the churches today. Giving is good, this we must do. But you must not be deceived by these greedy wolves in the pulpits today, whose belly is their god. Be enlightened, be wise!

Are you living in sin and unrighteousness but you are always sowing seed, my friend you are sowing in vain. You are laying curse on yourself. God does not accept unholy sowing, offerings and tithes. Repent today, that lies your blessings. Your blessing is not in the hand of any pastor or Prophet. Your help is in the Lord! Not man.

Seed is not necessarily money. Sowing means giving ANYTHING now but expecting your reward in heaven.

What then is the seed?
Let's see how Jesus answered this...

..."THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD" Luke 8:11.

How much seeds (the Word of God) have you sown into the life of someone today???
