4-year-old Sadiq Usman whose eyes were gouged out by suspected ritualists in Kano is learning to adjust to his new disability. Sadiq is still on admission at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ABU) Zaria but his father says doctors has assured them that his wounds have healed to a great extent and he will soon be discharged. Veteran Nollywood actor Olumide Bakare is between life and death at the UCH hospital on Secretariat road near total garden in Ibadan Oyo State.
As at today, the actor who is now bedridden has accrued huge medical bills as his condition worsens on a daily basis.
He has been placed on life support due to malfunctioning heart and lungs.
As at the time of this report, Mr Bakare needs 30,000 daily for treatment
