Those in Lagos especially in places like Oshodi, Ikeja  and Ladipo are the most notorious ones , you see them by the road side trying to use your greed against you by offering to sell an expensive gadget for  far lesser than the average price and if God does not save you , you are likely to fall for their lazy gimmick cause some of them use charms to lure their victims

Well the palasa phone seller in the photo had a bad day recently ,he was trying to sell soap as phone unfortunately for him he was busted and asked to make call with the soap, he is still calling .lmao
