A petrol tanker is up in flames on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway.
The tanker exploded after catching fire at Cele Bus Stop inward Oshodi.
As at press time, the fire had spread across the entire expressway, even preventing those bound for Apapa from having access.
This has led to serious traffic, especially for those heading towards Oshodi.
