Shocking!!! MOTHER WALKS IN ON 4yr OLD BOY GIVING HER 3-YEAR-OLD SON ORAL SEX (See)

This is really shocking , about 2years Ago two under 10kids were caught on camera making out really professionally , and now this.....
A mother walked in on her three year old son doing something that will scar her for the rest of her life. She says that she walked in and saw a four year old boy performing oral sex on her son. Several neighbors warned the woman because it also happened to their children but the women refused to believe it. The mother mentioned that her son started complaining about discomfort in his genitals but wasn't sure why since he is only three. Now that she walked in on her son and his friend she says it finally makes sense.
"I had to keep vigil over my son after a few neighbors told me that the boy had done the same thing with their sons too. At first, I was skeptical about the neighbors' claims but then I witnessed it with my own eyes. Only when I saw the whole disgusting act did I realize that this has been going on for some time and the neighbors were right."
She doesn't agree that her son's friend is entirely at fault. It doesn't make sense for the little boy to know what he was doing because he is only four years old. She came to assumption that perhaps he's seen videos at home or even experienced the act on him. Either one is completely wrong and could ruin the purity to a child's life.
When she approached the boy's parents about her discover, the boy's parents did not react in the way she thought. They became defensive and insisted she should make a police report.
"I have to hit his hand and reprimand him whenever he tried to pleasure himself and it's very depressing to see him exposed to such an act at a tender age. The only thing we could do now is send him for more religious classes and guide him on what is right and wrong."
What would you do if your child was caught in the same situation? What could be the cause of sexual immorality among kids , is it the media or too much exposure? What will be the sex perspective of the next generation? The present kids of 5 to 10yr ?? I was just thinking .......
