JUNGLE JUSTICE: Suspected rapist and ritualist burnt in Delta state

People just love taking laws into their hands in this country

In what is gradually turning Ughelli, Delta State, into a town of rapists, barely five days after a sales girl was raped and bludgeoned to death at Afiesere community, another sales girl, identified as Charity, was raped and then beaten with a mallet, on Monday.

The incident occurred inside a shop where the victim sells fish feeds at Ekuigbo, Ughelli. Monday's case was the third in five days after the wife of a popular hotelier was attacked and raped inside her shop along Ekerejebor Road, Ughelli, last Friday. .

It was gathered that Charity, who was at the point of death, was discovered naked. Sympathisers rushed her to Ughelli Central Hospital. The person had raped, gagged and tied her, leaving her for dead, before she was discovered. The suspect was caught today and burnt alive.

Nigerian Doctor In Guinness Book Of Record For Removing World Largest Degenerating Fibroid (Photos )

When I say this country is blessed you should cosign that....

According to the hospitals social media report, confirmatory results shows that the mass weighed 26kg in Histopathology lab and was a 32cm degenerating fibroid. This makes it the Largest ever mass to be removed from an individual in any part of the world. The surgery was done without blood transfusion

Access to good healthcare can make a difference. This is the reason I campaign vigorously for universal access to good quality healthcare.

It is a common belief in Africa that a woman with a large mass such as this one may have been cursed by someone in her present or in her past life. Some unqualified personnel may even attempt to make incisions (cuts) with unsterilised blades or knives all over her abdomen. She may be given different substances to drink and eat in order to deflate the tummy. Wrong diagnosis can be done in the absence of diagnostic equipments. This is the reason many still die in developing countries.

Female Jobseekers Who Show Cleavage In Application Photos Are More Likely To Get Interview – Scientist

Ladies this is a tip to survive this end time age.lol

A scientist has revealed their top tip for female jobseekers trying to get work in France wearing a low-cut top. A top researcher discovered discovered that women who apply for a position with a picture of themselves in a low-cut top are more likely to get the role than women wearing more conservative clothes.

The research, which was carried out in Paris, found that showing cleavage makes a woman 19 times more likely to get the job than those with less busty pics.Paris-based Dr Sevak Kertechian decided to research the impact clothing had on the recruitment process because it had never been scientifically studied.

He said: "Our results showed interesting trends as low-cut dresses significantly influenced the choice of the recruiters, even for accounting positions.Regardless of the job, whether customer-facing saleswoman or office-based accountant, the candidate with the low cut clothing received more positive answers.

The results were quite shocking and negative but not necessarily surprising – they show we need to conduct more research."

Over a period of three years, he put two women forward for the roles. Both have similar looks and near identical skills and experience on their CVs but were dressed differently in their application photographs, with one wearing a low-cut dress and the other in round neck clothing. Each woman was forwarded for 100 roles wearing the revealing outfit and 100 jobs in the more traditional clothing, to ensure the experiment was fair.Dr Kertechian found the applicant wearing the low-cut dress captured the attention of the recruiters more successfully.
