Report reaching us now is that one of the most successful female in Africa is getting married this year,

According to Radar, Linda and her beau have been engaged since last year, and are set to become official this year.

Linda has been in a serious relationship for close to a year and has struggled to keep it private. Her boyfriend has since proposed and they will be tying the knots this year.

"She has been keeping her relationship with the guy low key. He proposed last year and they are expected to get married this year but not sure when. The wine carrying ceremony will be taking place at the mansion she built for her father in the village. I don't really know the guy but I heard he is into real estate.. one of those silent money types. They have been meeting at his place for a while," the website reports.

Though the source didn't disclose details as regards the proposal, it could be recalled that Linda set tongues wagging when she flashed what was mistaken for an engagement ring in November, 2015, while announcing her vlog.

SMH, Is This True Or False??

Don't know where this kind of logic originated from, I don't agree

Ikoyi School Demands Dollars For School Fees, Despite CBN Warning

The rich they say, also cry, has been reflected with parents of pupils in the Lagos Preparatory school on Glover Road , Ikoyi , popularly known as LPS, where USD (dollars) or its equivalent in the black market has been demanded from parents for school fees for the last three terms, despite the ban by CBN that no school operating within the ambit of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, should charge any tuition fees in foreign currency, especially as 90% of their operating cost are in the local currency.
A few parents who spoke in anonymity , found this demand from the school outrageous considering that hard times had fallen on most parents in Nigeria. They were of the opinion that school fees by virtue of the Forex crisis had almost doubled , compared to what was obtainable from early last year. Parents are now expected to pay One million Naira a term considering the current exchange rate of 318.

Some angry parent have also voiced out the illegality of this operations and some are in the process of bringing litigations against the school, while others have withdrawn their kids in protest. A concerned parent found this to be an act of economic sabotage especially with the new "Change Mantra" by the buhari's administration , as certain institutions must understand that it cannot be business as usual, must conform with the laws of the country , that dollars must not collected for any local transaction.

On Investigation, we found out that 90% of the workforce of LPS were paid in Naira and as such there could be no tenable reason for this demand, which is rather unpatriotic, as no school in the UK or the United States would accept the Nigerian Naira from a Nigerian student.

Other Top schools like CSI Lekki (Children's International School) and St Saviors Ikoyi took a cue after complaints from parents and identified with their plights last year and fixed their school fees in Naira, which parents found laudable.

Queen Dabota Lawson Deletes Instagram Account After Marriage To Billionaire Hits The Rock

Former beauty queen Dabota Lawson has shut down her Instagram account last month after fans deducted that her marriage to billionaire businessman Sunny Aku has hit the rock.

Is this the new trend now? Deleting your Instagram page after a break up. Just as Freda Francis deleted her Instagram after being dumped by Iyanya, self proclaimed "queen of queens" Dabota Lawson deletes her IG page after it was ended

. Such weak women behaving like children. I guess for girls like Dabota, her life did not exist without Sunny Aku's bank account. She will have nothing to Instagram again & go back to being an irrelevant runs girl. That is why Mrs. CD cannot leave her openly randy horse band to go back to her waka even after he is constantly publicly humiliating her.
Her close followers noticed she had deleted all photos she took with her husband from her page and a 2015 video where she shut down rumors of a marriage failure.

Following the discovery by her fans and comments, she deleted her Instagram page. Dabota and her (ex)husband are yet to confirm the story.

Instagram Couple Meet For First Time, Immediately Get Married In Airport

A couple that met on Instagram have got married just moments after seeing each other in the flesh for the first time.

Erica Harris and Arte Vann exchanged vows in front of other passengers and TV cameras at Ontario International Airport, California, after Vann flew in on a one-way ticket from New York.

Speaking about the build up to the couple's amazing leap of faith, Harris described how they first met.

According to the Daily Mail, she said:

What drew me to him is, a lot of men, you can tell how they are to women through their comments. I saw that Arte was very personal, and he was very attentive, and thought 'Wow this guy seems like a nice guy'.

Vann then made the bold move of tagging the mother-of-three in a full-body selfie of himself.

Harris added:

I'm like a tag? I've never gotten this and I said, 'Oh my gosh this man is good-looking', so I followed him right off the bat and he followed me right back.

The couple actually did grow concerned that they were becoming too close and reportedly deleted their Instagram accounts as a result.

After a few months, they both set up new accounts and Harris reached out to Vann but, unknown to her, he had been in a car accident. When Vann did recover in November and saw Harris' message the flames quickly reignited.

She said:

Fast forward to November, he goes back on Instagram, we reconnect and we're right where we left off.

How Robbers Collected Primary school Teacher's ATM And Emptied Her Account

This is a really heartless robbery,

This is serious...

Evi Iwaha, a primary school teacher told The Nation how some robbers attacked her, collected her ATM card and emptied her bank account 2 days ago.

Read her scary experience below:

"It happened a few minutes to 6.00am; I'd boarded a bus supposedly to Oshodi from Obanikoro. No sooner had the bus moved than they sprang into action. The first thing they did was grab my phone; 'What do you do? Where are you coming from?'one of them asked.

I was hopeful that they'd take pity on me, having told them I was just a primary school teacher.

Why bother to ask if it meant nothing to them? After rummaging through my wallet, they found two ATM cards and some cash. The question that followed hit me with a bang. 'What's your pin number?' Instinctively, I hesitated for a while, but a resounding slap on my face soon got me spilling it out. These guys were actually going to do the unimaginable. They were going to clear my account.

To think that I was about experiencing stories that had seemed far away. I looked up in time to see another member of the gang, sitting in the front seat. They called him officer. I don't know if he was some military officer or if the name was just a code name. Even though I was still a little dazed from the slap, I couldn't but notice the gun that hung loosely in the man's hand, as he spoke to his colleague.

He quickly handed the ATM cards to another member who played the role of a bus conductor. The driver slowed down at my inquisitor's command, and the bus conductor jumped off the bus on his way to emptying my accounts. I silently wished I had payed the money into my friend's account, he had asked me to do so to avoid spending it, since I'm saving towards paying my rent.

Meanwhile, while we awaited the arrival of the messenger, the bus kept going round and round. In the process, the two women I met on the bus were told to disembark, and two others, a guy and his girlfriend were picked up at the next stop. They were lucky, as they didn't have any ATM card on them.

They were ripped of their phones and the only one thousand Naira note the guy had on him. They had also searched the lady who came on at the same time as I did. Obviously they didn't get much from her. I was their sacrificial lamb. Soon my phone beeped – an indication that the money had been withdrawn.

Then they drove back to the spot where they had dropped off the bus conductor, picked him up and drove off. By all means, it was a smooth operation, and we were home-bound now. I silently prayed that they dropped me off at a safe place.

All along, I didn't know where we were because I had been sitting on the floor of the bus. Suddenly, the bus pulled to a stop and we were all told to alight. I discovered that they had dropped us at the toll-gate.

My inquisitor who had promised to give me transport money to take me home had either forgotten or couldn't care less. They zoomed off as soon as we were all out of the bus. I stood there thinking of how to get to my place in Gbagada, until one good Nigerian who happened to be passing by came to my rescue by giving me N100, my exact fare home."she said.
