Fast rising fuji musician Olumide Awise is dead. Awise was confirmed dead in the early hours of Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
The Agege based fuji artist died in his Agbado home after a brief illness. He has since been buried according to Islamic injunction.
Awise was well known for his Fuji Lori Reggae album in which he featured renowned fuji act Wasiu Alabi Pasuma.

The late fuji singer launched into limelight when he featured in an Agege Allstar album titled New Generation which featured all then rookie fuji singers, Nurudeen Ajani Performer, Segun Opontisun, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, late Sunny T Adesokan and new fuji rave of the moment Oyama Azeez.
