Hello Enekem , the lady in these pictures was pouring some substance from a black nylon bag into those plastic bottles that have the name of some popular brands of lotions on them.
Basically, she's mixing adulterated creams in an open place.
I saw her on broad street yesterday evening.
Ladies be careful when you buy stuffs.
