Why Nollywood would never grow internationally

Though Nollywood is known in some part of the world ,
but it is simply known in those parts because some Nigerians or west-Africans inhabit those areas.

The white man does not care about Nollywood movies, of course, not when he has access to great Hollywood movies.. The few white races dat know about Nollywood movies is due to influences of knowing perhaps an African person or specifically having Nigerian clicks. Ordinarily Nollywood movies are not appreciated as it ought to be abroad because of the archaic and low-budgeted modes of movie making by Nollywood movie makers. But the funny thing is we Nigerians even seem to enjoy most international movies more than ours, "You see Nollywood movies sucks!!

Nigerian youths watch international movies and series by either hollywood or bollywood because they r thrilling, action packed and they have sensible story line and please let's not talk about the gadgets and props they make use of, it "Dope as F**!. Too bad the same cannot be said for Nollywood movie because first of all their story line is not only uni-directional but also basic and not well staged.

In Nollywood movies today they mostly showcase Harlotry and prostitutes especially when the movie is based on a university setting. They display sexual acts and always concerned about showcasing the bodily figures of the female actresses. Apart from this,  Nollywood movies lack originality and rigour which most Hollywood movies have because their filmmakers take time to make researches. I think it is like this because Nollywood filmmakers do not want to spend money in quality movie production and their making of movies is cynical they do not care for public interest.

Although they think introducing a lot of sexual acts in their movie scenes would solve that problem. Fools! Anyway some latest Nollywood movies that seem to be a bit mature.,for example :half of a yellow sun,  October 1st. etc, are quite impressive because producers of those movies are not locally oriented in movie making, they were well grounded I guess in the international art of movie making, and believe me we need more filmmakers of that sort in Nollywood unless it won't expand globally like Hollywood and even Bollywood.

In conclusion for those who still enjoy those immature Nollywood movies that are everywhere.. Pls stop!  U r gradually reducing your IQ.
