MEET THE CHINESE BILLIONAIRE BEHIND THE 57-STOREY TOWER IN 19 DAYS Skyscraper (PHOTOS)

57-story building has been built by Chinese company in only 19 days in the town of Changsha, China, a construction company official told ABC News.

The project, called Mini Sky City, was built by 1,200 workers and includes 800 homes and working space for 4,000 people, the official with Broad Sustainable Building told ABC News.

For the man behind it, Billionaire Zhang Yue, this is only the beginning.

"Humans have experienced revolutions in industry, agriculture, transportation and information, but not yet in buildings," says the handbook of the company he founded, Broad Group.
