50 Cent will stand trial in June to determine whether he unlawfully posted a sex tape featuring the mother of Rick Ross' child to YouTube in 2009.

50 Cent will stand trial in June to determine whether he unlawfully posted a sex tape featuring Rick Ross' ex-girlfriend and baby mama to YouTube in 2009. Lastonia Leviston, the woman who appears in the sex tape, sued 50 for emotional distress in 2010, and the trial date for her lawsuit was just recently finalized.

In 2009, a 50 Cent-Rick Ross beef led to 50's alleged acquisition of the sex tape in question, featuring Leviston and her ex-boyfriend Maurice Murray. 50 allegedly blurred out Murray's face (but not Leviston's) and added his own narration before posting the tape to YouTube. 

50 will likely be ordered to fork over some of his Vitamin Water money, but one doubts he'll be losing much sleep over this trial.
