Having not been seen in public for more than a year, Janet Jackson stepped out in Dubai over the weekend looking like she hasn't aged a day since the 1980's.
The pop legend has kept a really low profile in the past few years, but apparently deemed it appropriate to make an appearance at the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience Gala on Friday. She was accompanied by her billionaire husband, Wissam Al Mana.

At 48 years old, Janet looked phenomenal with a high pony and sleek black dress.

What's most important about the sighting though is the question is seems to force everyone to ask -- when will Miss Jackson be returning to the world of music? It's been more than 6 years since her last album Discipline and me thinks the world is ready for the return of Janet Jackson.
