A boy born with no eyes, nose or mouth is preparing to undergo ‘extreme’ surgery to build him a face.
Yahya Zohra was born with no facial features after the bones failed to fuse in the womb.
His name is Yahya El Jabaly. The boy, who is now 3-years old, was born with no eyes, a hole in the middle of his face where his nose should be and no upper jaw.> After failing to find a surgeon in his native Morocco who could treat the three-year-old, his father Mostapha flew out to Australia with his son, where a Melbourne-based reconstructive surgeon had agreed to help.

‘My biggest concern is whether or not he is suitable for surgery. We really do not know how he is functioning and how the brain is functioning,’ he told Yahoo! News Australia.
‘I think this one is about as difficult as it gets. This is a 9-9.5 out of 10 degree of difficulty without any doubt – I mean, this is cranio-facial neurosurgery at its extreme.
Moroccan-born Australian woman, Fatima Bakara, tracked down Dr Holmes after seeing Yahya’s story on Facebook.
‘I just want to hug him, I want to hug him. That is what I want to do first you know I have fallen in love with this little boy,’ she said.
Dr Holmes met Yahya in August to assess him for the first time and build a model of his skull.
He hopes to complete the first of the surgeries by the end of the year
I pray that the surgery will be a successful one and will not cause damages or difficulties to him at this young age and even when his older AMEN
