We never ended up eating the cake on the night as people were too busy taking pics of it, so I actually left the cake at the club for the players there to cut up and enjoy.
"It took me around 20 hours to create where usually I would spend about 150 hours on a cake of that size so it was a little rushed."

Pre-marital relationships in Nigeria have undergone a series of evolution within the last few decades and with the likes of Telemundo, Telenovela and other foreign romantic proses importing various ideas into the system (be it myth, real or fantasy), there's no telling how awkward things may get in a few decades ahead.

"Cheating" (a slang used to connote infidelity in marriages, relationships and partnerships) is one of the most intolerable offences in relationships which oftentime leads to a break up.

However, we hear of cases where a partner is caught cheating but gets forgiven. Is this weird or something?

Well, speaking from a Male perspective, guys HARDLY forgive a cheating girlfriend.

The worst thing you can lose in a guy is his trust.

Once the trust goes out of the door, love, care and every other bond you both had will leave through the window. (it could be immediately, it could be gradual, but it eventually does)

Nevertheless, there are guys who wouldn't mind keeping their girl despite catching them red-handed and their categories could be stated as follows:

1.) The Low Self-Esteem Guys:

These kind of guys simply think they can't find anyone better or that no one else would be willing to accept him like she did so they'd rather stick around and 'manage' her like that.

These type piss me off!

They are usually ugly, broke, lazy, dull and have no potential at all.

2.) The Vengeful Guys:

Oh boy, these ones no get joy at all oh. Once they discover you've been shining other guys kondo behind their backs, they simple delete whatever love they feel for you and will keep crushing your honeypot until they just get tired and dump you outrightly. The after-effect is usually very bad on the lady and could immediately destroy her worth especially if he has pounded her many times, publicizes it and tells his pals how awful you stink down there!

Damn! Hard guys!

3.) The Freestyle Guys:

These ones don't love you. They are almost like the 'hard guys' stated above but they simply don't give a cockroach egg what you do with your honeypot. All they care about it "chop make I chop, no be me own your stuff".

In most cases, they were even cheating on you with someone else before finding out about yours so they won't even feel it.

They'll simply join the long chain of guys out there and destroy your onions, and when they feel your services are no longer required, you know what's next.

4.) The "I am a Gentleman" or the "Jesus" Guys:

These kind of guys can pretend for Africa!

Jeez! I really hate people like this.

They first feel inferior to the guy she's cheating on them with and when she begs for forgiveness, they make her believe he loves her better than the other guy possibly can.

It is usually common with guys who haven't tasted the honeypot before catching her red-handed so they wouldn't wanna lose all the money they've spent on her and try to keep her so he'll try to get under her skirt to get back all he invested on her.

A common statement they tend to say is "You know I'll always treat you like an angel that you are."

5.) The 'Yakub' Guys

Hehehehe relating to one thread that sprung up earlier, these type of guys are even unsure of their place in the girl's life (whether the true man or just a tool used to kill boredom). So, like the low self-esteem guys, they'll just hang on and try to decipher what you're up to, come to Naijaloaded to ask for advice and……. just hang on sha.

They don't know whether to end it or continue. They're just there.

6.) The Truly Loving Guys:

Mehn, this ones are extremely rare!

I salute their "love" oh.

They have what every Lady wants in a man yet they choose to give this cheating lady another chance.

Mind you, their trust becomes very fragile and any seed of doubt planted once again would result to a garden of heartbreak for the lady.

They may have tasted the honeypot a thousand times but they're never tired of the love they have for the lady and they don't cheat.

This type give just one chance, nothing more.

Once again, if your man catches you cheating, it'd be better for you to consider that relationship 75% over cos they are aware that the population of girls fars exceeds that of guys (16 girls to 1 guy) so they easily move on.

105 Nigerian soldiers reportedly missing after fierce gun battle with Boko Haram

At least 105 soldiers of the 157 Battalion, including their commanding officer, are feared missing after they came under intense attack from Boko Haram insurgents at Gudunbali, Borno State, on Wednesday, military sources have told PREMIUM TIMES.

According to one of our sources, the terrorists also captured a T-72 tank as well as several artillery weapons from the unit.

"Gudunbali was attacked this morning and some weapons were captured from the battalion. Two officers and 105 soldiers are still missing," our source said.

"They captured a T-72 tank from the unit and some artillery weapons were also captured. The commanding Officer (CO) of the battalion is yet to be seen but no one has been confirmed dead yet," the source added.
Another source however said the T-72 tank was recovered after a prolonged fight with Boko Haram insurgents. The gunner and tank commander were injured in the process, he said.

Also reportedly captured by the insurgents were eight vehicles, a truck loaded with 60,000 rounds of AA ammunition and three artillery pieces.

Similarly, soldiers of the Multi-National Joint Task Force (MNJTF) stationed at Baga, Borno State also recently came under attack. The attack occurred in Geringiwa at about four kilometres to the headquarters of MNJTF, PREMIUM TIMES has also been told.

According to a source, the military has been unable to completely clear the insurgents from Baga and nearby towns due to inadequate equipment.

Our source explained that the equipment recently provided by the military hierarchy were inadequate and were not enough to go round to all units involved in the war against the insurgents.

Boko Haram carried out a series of mass killings in Baga between January 3 and January 7, 2015, after the army headquarters there was sacked by the insurgents.

Although the military later liberated the town, soldiers stationed in the area have come under constant attacks from the insurgents.

When contacted by PREMIUM TIMES, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Army, Sani Usman, a colonel, directed enquiries on the matter to officials of 7 Division, Maiduguri.

But the spokesperson of the Army's 7 Division,Tukur Gusau, also wouldn't comment on the matter, saying the commander of the division would hold a press conference on the issue today (Thursday) and that it was not proper for him to pre-empt his commanding officer.

The attacks on the military came on the heels of the suicide attacks on Yola and Kano respectively.

After a lull of several weeks, the recent spike in attacks on military and civilian targets suggests the insurgents might have regrouped after coming under heightened attacks from the Nigerian military.

The Nigerian military has claimed series of victories over the militants in recent weeks.

On Monday, the army claimed that it captured and destroyed a factory where the group makes rockets and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Military man knocks highway sweeper to death on Third Mainland Bridge

RIP to her,

A highway sweeper working with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority on Wednesday died when a vehicle knocked her off the Third Mainland Bridge to the ground. The accident occurred at about 11 a.m. behind Kam Salem House, the Police Headquarters annex at Obalende.

The driver of the vehicle, a military personnel, was said to be speeding when his tyre burst and the vehicle somersaulted several times.

The victim, according to witnesses was flung into the air and thrown over the bridge to the ground.

The unconscious military personnel was taken to the nearby Military Hospital in Ikoyi in a tricycle, popularly known as "Keke Marwa'' by his colleagues. The victim, who was identified as Bisi by her colleagues, was said to be a dutiful worker who loved her job with passion in spite of the little salary she earned.

This is a really heartless act, A heartbroken young mother has revealed how her twisted boyfriend made her hold their baby twins while he killed them. Megan Hiatt, 22, is recovering in hospital after being hit by several bullets fired by lover Gawain Wilson who also killed her father before turning the gun on himself.

Megan mother Melissa Batch told what her daughter had told her from her hospital bed in Jacksonville, Florida.

She said: "Mama, he killed them. He killed them in my arms. He made me hold them when he killed them. He made me watch."

The two children were Hayden, nicknamed Chunky Monkey Reese, and Kayden, called Little Bit Rose.

Ms Batch thanked God her daughter survived and added: "He gave Megan the strength to drag her body across the room. She had to crawl through her babies' blood, then through the shooter's blood, and to her dad to hear his last words."

Miss Hiatt and Wilson's relationship was troubled and it is understood he would regularly smash items around the home when he flew into a rage.
He pleaded guilty to strangulation in 2013 and attended a domestic violence programme.
