When I hear some kind of things I immediately start to wonder what could have inspired such reasoning,
A Ghanaian celebrity Derrick Kobina Bonney, popularly known as DKB says it is permissible for men to cheat on their female partners.
According to him, because men are responsible for buying the woman a wedding ring and also foot the bill for the wedding, it should not be seen as wrong if they cheat on their wives.
DKB said on the Joy FM's lifestyle and entertainment programme Rhythm A to Z Saturday:
"[Men can cheat] because we bought the wedding ring and we organised the wedding and you bear our surname. Even the word bride means a cook.
"When you find the man cheat[ing], you leave him to God because that was what our mother and grandmothers did."
One of the bad element in the Nigerian society that needs to be eradicated is that of Jungle Justice, I still don't see any justification for the act of beating or burning a criminal to death cause he is a suspect or was caught in the act, the most painful part if this all is that the people that take laws into their hands to punish this criminals are not really clean themselves, very sad I must say

A police inspector attached to Mkpat Enin Police Division in Akwa Ibom State has allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl at gunpoint.
The victim, a senior secondary pupil of Community Secondary School in the area, on Tuesday said she was returning from church on Thursday, last week, when a police team accosted her.
She explained that the inspector pointed his gun at her, saying if she tried to stop him from touching her he would shoot her.
She said the inspector then led her away from other members of the team to a dark portion of the
road.
The policeman then forcefully caressed her breasts, saying "small you possess these types of breasts", she said.
She added:
"After he had forced me to remove my clothes, he ordered me to lie down and open my legs. And what I noticed was that he brought out his penis and inserted it into my vagina.
"As he was romping over me, he forbade me crying as he threatened to shoot me if I should open my mouth.
"But when I could not bear the pains any longer as blood was running out of my private part, he quickly took me into the vehicle and drove to the station, where he detained me from Thursday till Saturday.
"It was my uncle, Dr. Ime Stephen that came from Abuja and bailed me out with N10,000," she said.
Asked of her mother, she told Punch that she did not know her mom, who left her dad when she was a toddler.
Her dad on the other hand became paralysed after he fell from a palm tree, and ended up living with her in her uncle's house.
Her uncle, Stephen, who said the inspector in question was a prosecutor, explained that he could not believe his eyes when the girl pointed at the policeman as the one who raped her from among those who were on duty on that day.
He said:
"The inspector for pointing a gun he was given on trust at a girl of 15 before raping her, lacks the characters of police officers who are meant to protect lives and property of Nigerians.
"He is a fraud by also taking the girl into the police custody for three days and collected N10,000 as bail sum from the girl's guardian.

Unless President Muhammadu Buhari's government rises to the occasion, a politically-motivated religious crisis is underway that may threaten Nigeria's unity, credible sources within Nigeria's intelligence community have said.
They identified the Federal Capital Territory, Niger, Kaduna, Kano, Nasarawa, Plateau and Benue States as being at high risk.
The sources, who comprise top investigators and surveillance operatives, expressed concern over the lack of proactive action by the government to tame the danger, which is said to be at the instance of certain interests in Nigeria.
They also drew attention to the high rate of arms-proliferation in satellite areas of Abuja and the six States identified. They said certain elements that are indirect vendors of the vested interests are social media platforms as tools of incitement, and that this is already well-documented.
In addition, they said that there are local artists who are producing locally-made guns and other dangerous weapons.
"We are working among agencies and have been submitting prompt Situation Reports on Abuja and states concerned especially Kaduna, Kano, Niger, Nasarawa and Plateau as launch pad of those masterminding politically motivated religious crises," one of the sources said, adding that they are covering all religious and political gatherings and reporting promptly.
"We are doing our best and submitting overwhelming evidence but the truth is, there is no sound coordination to execute SITREPs. The rate at which it is going is [scary], we are in danger if nothing is done to tame."
The officer averred that all recent religious and ethnic killings have been tailored towards inciting crises.
He gave the examples of:
· The killing on May 29 in Niger State of a 24-year old man and three security personnel;
· The killing of a pastor's wife in Kano on June 2;
· The June 9 attack of a man in Kaduna over eating during the fasting period; and
· The killing of a female preacher in Abuja on July 9.
"Add all these and the tension on religion and kidnappings, study reactions and see the politics in it, we are doing our best, as we speak yet there is no robust approach," he said.

Nigerian-born British MP Chuka Umunna has wed his 32-year-old lawyer fiancee Alice Sullivan.
The 38-year-old politician announced that the two had hitched in a six-word message on his Facebook page.
It read: "Feel like the luckiest man alive!"
Chuka announced he and Alice were engaged in the daily newspaper in October 2015, just days
before revealing he planned to run for the Labour leadership.
But he then surprised Westminster by pulling out of the race to succeed Ed Milliband three days later paving the way for Jeremy Corbyn to take over.
A truck driver, Suraju Adeyemi, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly killing his conductor, identified only as Jelili, in the Alakuko area of the state.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the deceased had hung onto the body of the truck without the knowledge of the driver. While the suspect was about to make a U-turn, the victim reportedly fell on the ground and he was crushed by the vehicle's tyres.
Jelili reportedly died on the spot, and his remains were deposited at the Onipanu General Hospital,
Ota, Ogun State.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Dolapo Badmos, who confirmed the death, said policemen from the Ikotun division towed the vehicle to their station. Dolapo, a Superintendent of Police, added that investigations were ongoing.
She said:
"There was a fatal accident at the Ayedun Field, along AIT Road, Alagbado, at about 2.30pm on Saturday. It was the truck driver that reported himself to the police after the incident.
"According to him, the conductor, Jelili, was killed after falling off the truck while he (the driver) was making a U-turn. He said the tyres climbed his conductor's head and he died."
Many times in life we find ourselves in bad situation that makes us feel like we have nothing left in life...
