Singer Rihanna has released the theme song for the up-coming Star Trek movie, "Star Trek Beyond".

The "Work" singer shared the news on her Instagram page with the caption "As a Star Trek fan, I am honored to have the theme song for the new @StarTrekMovie! Hear #SLEDGEHAMMER now on @TIDAL and @itunes".

An investigation by SaharaReporters has revealed that Bayelsa Senator Benjamin Murray-Bruce may have illegally diverted a loan he obtained from Union Bank of Nigeria to purchase a posh property in Beverly Hills, California in 2007. Mr. Murray-Bruce has been in the spotlight lately after the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) on June 23, 2016 seized several of his Silverbird media companies for failing to make payments on billions of naira in loans.

Mr. Murray-Bruce, the self-proclaimed Commonsense Senator, was one of the most vocal senators during the #BuyNaijaToGrowTheNaira, a movement that criticizes those who needlessly import foreign goods. He touted his reputation for building businesses in Nigeria to champion the importance of domestic investment in goods.

Several banking sources in Nigeria told SaharaReporters that the N11 billion loan Mr. Murray-Bruce took out from Union Bank around 2007 was supposed to be used to construct the Abuja Entertainment Center. According to the sources, instead of using the loan to fund his Nigerian business operations, Mr. Murray-Bruce diverted it to purchase an opulent property in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles and London.

The Los Angeles County Property Assessor's Office, the Real Estate Records office, and the Special Investigation unit confirmed to SaharaReporters that the Nigerian senator from Bayelsa State purchased a property on August 6th, 2007 and remains the owner. The address is 605 North Camden Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.

A public records search, also confirmed by municipal employees in Los Angeles County, assessed the value of Senator Murray-Bruce's land at $3.1 million. The value of the mansion and other structures at the property was estimated at no less than $795,000.

The senator's Beverly Hills swanky property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a swimming pool and is estimated to be at least 2,777 square feet. Assessments of real estate platforms show that the property is worth $5 million as of today.

SaharaReporters also obtained a bond receipt document that confirmed Mr. Murray-Bruce's ties to the property. The document also listed Stella Albright as having a connection to the property. A public records search of Mrs. Albright found that she was a board member of a company, Dream Magic Studios LLC, alongside Mr. Murray-Bruce.

Chris Brown's publicist has tendered her resignations after Chris Brown called her a do nothing b*tch after he got frustrated with her.

According to TMZ,

Chris Brown went ballistic on a publicist, referring to her as a do-nothing "bitch," and the publicist fired back that she spent all of her time cleaning up his "s***t."

Chris had an angry exchange with PR guru Nicole Perna over magazine covers he wanted for his clothing line. The conversation started with Perna texting him, "Loooove all the black pyramid pieces ... awesome collection!"

A frustrated Brown did not receive the compliment well, saying, "I don't want you texting me compliments with no results." He went on to accuse Perna of doing nothing to secure Vogue, GQ or any other publications, telling her, "Get in the game."

And then the fireworks started. Perna lashed out, "Anna Wintour doesn't want to f*** with you. These editors don't want to f*** with you." She goes on, "The majority of my time is spent on damage control. I am constantly cleaning s*** up and having your back."

Brown fires back, "NICOLE, you texting me as if I will give a f*** if u dont work for me or not ... Do whatever makes u feel better. Me personally, I DONT GIVE A F***!!!"

Mick G, Chris' manager who just sued the singer for allegedly attacking him, was included in the string of texts. Chris then texted, "Mike, this bitch got all the balls in the world talking to me but can't talk to the editors or anyone for that matter when they release bulls*** in the press ... Send this bitch her termination."

And then, Perna texts Chris, "Chris, respect. You're in my prayers x."

Chris's final shot, "Bitch u in my nightmares."

Perna sent her resignation letter to Chris.

SHOCKING!! 48yr Old Man arraigned for sexually abusing his 3 daughters

For allegedly raping his three daughters, a 48-year-old man, Micheal Ogbar, on Tuesday appeared before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates' Court. The Chief Magistrate, Mr Tajudeen Elias, refused to hear his plea and remanded him in kirikiri prisons.

Elias said the court had no jurisdiction over the case and therefore transferred the matter to Apapa Magistrates' Court. The accused, who lives at Oke-Ogba St., Badagry, a suburb of Lagos, is facing a two-count charge of defilement and rape.

The Prosecutor, Sgt. Rafael Donny, told the court that the offences were committed between January and May at the accused residence. Donny said that the accused raped his two daughters and defiled the third daughter.

"The accused sexually abused his 24, 20 and 10 year-old daughters," he said. The offences contravened sections 137 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

According to Naij, FFK was attacked yesterday alongside other detainees by an EFCC operative identified as Suleiman Kabiru.

A source confirmed that Kabiru has constantly harassed detainees who engage in saying prayers while being held at the commission's facility. . . "Matters came to a head on Saturday when, without any provocation, Suleiman Kabiru, charged at Fani-Kayode injuring him in the process," the source said. The source said Kabiru was visibly angry and asked him (Fani-Kayode) why he would not obey his instructions. He however told NAIJ.com that Kabiru was stopped from inflicting more harm on Fani-Kayode, through intervention from other officials of the commission. PDP's Director of New Media, Adeyanju Deji has confirmed the news on his Twitter handle.

50cent arrested for saying Motherf**ker in a Carribean show

50 Cent was arrested in St. Kitts in the Caribbean Saturday night for using a word that's apparently illegal there ... 'motherf*****.

TMZ reports that 50 had been warned not to use profanity during his performance in front of 40,000 people.

We're told the DJ didn't have a clean version of his set, and 50 didn't pull the mic away from his mouth when he roared, "motherf*****" ... and that was enough to get him arrested.

Cops showed up after the performance and took 50 to the station, where he was booked for using profanity in public. It's a minor offense, but he has to stick around until Monday when he'll go to court and pay a fine.

The same thing happened to DMX in 2003.
