In Enugu, a 72-year-old man, Ozor Akpudachie, has been arrested by the police for running a baby factory. PUNCH reports that Akpudachie, who hails from Ogui-Eke in Udi Local government of the state, ran the criminal business in his home.
4 teenage pregnant girls were rescued by the police and they were identified as indigenes of the local government.
