This is really bad, for a leader to be engaged in such affair makes every other leader questionable
Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam contesting for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP was caught yesterday by the military with 4000 pvcs at Ozalla , Nkanu East Lga Enugu State.
We need to to test our electoral laws @INEC Nigeria
